What ingredients make our Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix?
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Combine the full bag of Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix with 1 egg and 4 Tbsp of melted butter, then stir until fully mixed.
Chop the pieces of chocolate into the desired chunks, then fold into batter.
Drop the dough using a 1 ½” cookie scoop onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Place cookies about 1-2 inches apart.
Bake for 9-11 minutes or until the edges are a light golden brown. Let the cookies cool before removing them from the cookie sheet. Store in an airtight container once fully cooled.
