Return Policy
Due to Covid-19, we are not able to accept any returns at this time for the safety of our employees and customers.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our customer care team & request to return the product(s). We have 2 different policies, based on if your product is open or not, so please see below.
We do not refund any shipping cost.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested.
If the product is unopened
- Request A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) at support@simplyketonutrition.com
- Make sure its within 30 days of your purchase
- Ship the product(s) back to our office at 601 26th Street S, Saint Petersburg, FL 33712 after you have received your RMA.
- We ONLY offer a store credit.
If the product is opened
- Request A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) at support@simplyketonutrition.com and inform us that the product has been opened
- Make sure its within 30 days of your purchase
- We'll review your request and do our best to resolve all requests within a few business days.
- We ONLY offer a store credit.
All Refunds are credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be credited back to your account.
