    What ingredients make our Pancake & Waffle Mix so special? 

    • Almond Flour: Almond Flour is gluten-free, low in carbohydrates, high in fiber and a good source of protein. Almond flour is also rich in vitamins and minerals, including iron, riboflavin, magnesium, potassium, calcium and vitamin E.
    • MCT: Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs) are known for increased energy, mental clarity & focus. When taken, they also help with improved satiety, benefit exercise performance and recovery and aid in digestive health.
    • Collagen: Collagen is known for helping improve hair, skin, nails, joints and ligaments, and tendon health. Collagen may also help increase muscle mass, prevent bone loss and relieve joint pain.
    • Whey Protein: Whey Protein helps with repairing muscles, reducing tissue damage, and increasing performance as it contains all the essential amino acids that your body needs.

     



      Cooking Instructions:

      Pancakes

      1. Heat griddle to medium/low heat.
      2. Combine a heaping ½ cup of the pancake mix with 1 egg and 2-4 Tbsp of water per serving. Mix, then let the batter sit for 30 seconds.
      3. Spray nonstick cooking spray on the griddle. We recommend coconut oil or butter.
      4. Pour the batter into three 4 inch pancakes.
      5. Cook pancakes for 1-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
      6. Repeat until all pancakes are cooked.
      7. Top with sugar-free syrup and enjoy!

       

       Waffles

      1. Heat waffle maker to medium heat.
      2. Combine a heaping ½ cup of the pancake mix with 1 egg, 2-3 Tbsp of water, and 1.5 Tbsp of melted coconut oil or butter per serving.  Mix, then let the batter sit for 30 seconds.
      3. Spray nonstick cooking spray on the surface of the waffle maker.
      4. Pour the batter into the waffle maker until the surface area is covered.
      5. Close waffle maker and cook as instructed
      6. Top with sugar-free syrup and enjoy!
