    Cooking Instructions:

    Pancakes

    1. Heat griddle to medium/low heat.
    2. Combine a heaping ½ cup of the pancake mix with 1 egg and 2-4 Tbsp of water per serving. Mix, then let the batter sit for 30 seconds.
    3. Spray nonstick cooking spray on the griddle. We recommend coconut oil or butter.
    4. Pour the batter into three 4 inch pancakes.
    5. Cook pancakes for 1-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
    6. Repeat until all pancakes are cooked.
    7. Top with sugar-free syrup and enjoy!

     

     Waffles

    1. Heat waffle maker to medium heat.
    2. Combine a heaping ½ cup of the pancake mix with 1 egg, 2-3 Tbsp of water, and 1.5 Tbsp of melted coconut oil or butter per serving.  Mix, then let the batter sit for 30 seconds.
    3. Spray nonstick cooking spray on the surface of the waffle maker.
    4. Pour the batter into the waffle maker until the surface area is covered.
    5. Close waffle maker and cook as instructed
    6. Top with sugar-free syrup and enjoy!
