Mini Pancake Kabobs
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 1/2 cup of our Simply Keto Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 2-4 Tbs of water
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Tiny Skewers
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat the pan to medium heat.
- Combine the heaping 1/2 cup of the original pancake/waffle mix with 2-4 tbs of water. Mix then let the batter sit for 30 seconds.
- Spray a nonstick cooking spray on pan. We use coconut oil.
- Pour the batter into 1-2 inch pancakes.
- Cook the mini pancakes for 1-2 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- When fully cooked, remove the mini pancakes and place it on your plate.
- After the mini pancakes are cooled down, start assembling your kabobs.
- Plate and then Enjoy!
