Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F. 
  2. Mix a full bag of the Simply Keto Nutrition Pancake Mix with water and let it sit for 30 seconds. 
  3. After letting your pancake mix sit, pour the batter into a greased baking dish. 
  4. You are now ready for the fruit! Grab your blueberries and in the upper left hand corner, start placing them and create a small rectangle. Then cut up your strawberries and start placing them in a row, leaving space for whipped cream later. 
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until the top starts to get golden brown. 
  6. After you remove your pancakes from the oven, let them cool down. Once fully cooled, add whipped cream and serve.
