Keto Raspberry Mojito

 

In tall glass add:

3 fresh raspberries

5 mint leaves

1 tablespoon of Erythritol

Squeeze half a lime

Muddle (I just use the back-end of a butter knife)

Add a shot of vodka (we use Tito's because Tito rhymes with keto) and 10 ounces of club soda

Top with ice and two mint leaves

**1.3 grams of Net Carbs per serving- depending on which vodka you use
