We used our Simply Keto Nutrition Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix and followed the mixing directions. We then made quarter-sized cookies from the mix. We flattened them on the cooking pan so that they would be flat and crispy after baking. We baked them until they browned which was about 8 minutes.
For the cereal, simply add the cookies into a bowl and add your choice of low carb milk. We used almond milk. 14 small cookies will be about 4 net carbs depending on the size.
Save the leftover cookies for more cereal or a snack.
