Keto Chocolate Mousse Donut Holes
- Simply Keto Nutrition's Chocolate Chip Pancake Mix
- 3 oz of Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Cocoa
- 1/4 cup powdered ,sugar- free, sweetener
- pinch of salt
- Place cream cheese in a large bowl and beat using an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Turn mixer to low speed and slowly add the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract. Add sweetener, cocoa powder, and salt, mixing until well incorporated. Turn mixer to high, and mix until light and fluffy, 1-2 minutes more—place to the side.

- Start to mix your Chocolate Chip Pancake Mix with water. After thoroughly mixed, let the batter sit for 30 seconds.
- Spray your mini cake pop maker with a non-stick spray and start pouring the pancake batter into each slot.
- Close the lid and cook as instructed.
- Once fully cooked, place on a plate and let them cool for 5 minutes. After they are cooled, you are ready to dunk! Enjoy.
