- 1 serving of Simply Keto Nutritions' Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1 Egg (for the mix)
- 1-3 Tbs of Water (for the mix)
- 1/4 cup of Berries
- Heat waffle maker to medium heat.
- Combine a heaping ½ cup of the pancake mix with 1 egg, 2-3 Tbsp of water, and 1.5 Tbsp of melted coconut oil or butter per serving. Mix, then let the batter sit for 30 seconds.
- Spray nonstick cooking spray on the surface of the waffle maker.
- Pour the batter into the waffle maker until the surface area is covered.
- Close waffle maker and cook as instructed
- Top with berries and sugar-free syrup and enjoy!
