Ingredients
- 1 serving of Simply Keto Nutritions' Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1 Egg (for the mix)
- 1-3 Tbs of Water (for the mix)
- 1/4 cup of Berries
Instructions
- Heat griddle to medium/low heat.
- Combine a heaping ½ cup of the pancake mix with 1 egg and 2-4 Tbsp of water per serving. Mix, then let the batter sit for 30 seconds.
- Add 1/4 cup of either Strawberries or Blueberries
- Spray nonstick cooking spray on the griddle. We recommend coconut oil or butter.
- Pour the batter into three 4 inch pancakes.
- Cook pancakes for 1-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Repeat until all pancakes are cooked.
- Top with sugar-free syrup and enjoy!
