Keto-Berry Pancakes

Instructions

  1. Heat griddle to medium/low heat.
  2. Combine a heaping ½ cup of the pancake mix with 1 egg and 2-4 Tbsp of water per serving. Mix, then let the batter sit for 30 seconds.
  3. Add 1/4 cup of either Strawberries of Blueberries 
  4. Spray nonstick cooking spray on the griddle. We recommend coconut oil or butter.
  5. Pour the batter into three 4 inch pancakes.
  6. Cook pancakes for 1-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  7. Repeat until all pancakes are cooked.
  8. Top with sugar-free syrup and enjoy!
