- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Garlic powder
- Jalapeno slices
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix the Original Pancake Mix with water and let the mix sit for 30 seconds.
- Add 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese and 1 tbs of garlic powder to the mix and then stir until fully combined.
- Add the batter to the muffin pan (only using 4).
- Top the batter with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese and a couple of jalapenos.
