Low Carb & Keto-Friendly Jalapeno Cheddar Biscuits

The perfect biscuit to complement your BBQ dish. 

Ingredients 

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix the Original Pancake Mix with water and let the mix sit for 30 seconds. 
  3. Add 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese and 1 tbs of garlic powder to the mix and then stir until fully combined. 
  4. Add the batter to the muffin pan (only using 4).
  5. Top the batter with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese and a couple of jalapenos. 
  6. Bake for 7-10 min, let them cool, and enjoy!
