Fall off the bone BBQ Ribs. Using our BBQ rub, you can do this Keto Style and enjoy amazing ribs without the Carbs.


Ingredients for Ribs:

2 racks of ribs with the silver skin removed from the back of the ribs

Simply Keto Nutrition BBQ rub

¼ cup olive oil


Ingredients for Baste:

½ cup of apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp of Simply Keto Nutrition BBQ Rub


Ingredients for BBQ Sauce:

2 tbsp of Simply Keto Nutrition BBQ Rub

1 tbsp of white vinegar 

 

Instructions:

  1. Heat your grill, smoker, or oven to 200 degrees. We prefer a smoker we use the big green egg.  
  2. Coat the ribs with olive oil
  3. Liberally, shake Simply Keto Nutrition BBQ over ribs coating and covering all surfaces.
  4. Cook for 3 hours
  5. Remove ribs and place ribs in tinfoil and coat the ribs with the baste. Use all of it. Wrap tinfoil so that the ribs are completely covered.
  1. Cook for two hours
  2. Remove ribs and cover liberally with Simply Keto BBQ sauce. We like to make double to use for dipping
  3. Cook for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove ribs and let sit for 5-10 minutes and enjoy.

There it is, amazing bbq ribs.
