BBQ Chicken Wings:


Items Needed:

  1. 5lbs. of chicken wings (we buy ours at Sam’s club and get the 10lb bag)
  2. 1tbsp olive oil
  3. 2 tbsp of Simply Keto Nutrition BBQ rub
  4. A 1-gallon zip lock bag


  1. Preheat BBQ on medium heat
  2. Coat chicken wings with olive oil and place in the bag
  3. Add BBQ rub to bag
  4. Shake bag until all the wings are coated with the BBQ rub
  5. Place on BBQ and cook 15 minutes or until cooked through
