Keto Bacon & Cheddar Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 heads of broccoli chopped 
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweetener 
  • 1/2 Tbs of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp of Himalayan salt
  • 1 cup of crispy bacon crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Chop broccoli 

  2. In a bowl, combine sour cream, mayo, apple cider vinegar, sweetener,  and salt. Stir until combined. Add in cheese.

  3. Top with bacon and mix in with the broccoli.

  4. Chill in the fridge for an hour. Enjoy!
